Products Terms These Products Terms relate to Jonovski Consulting Terms and Conditions which include:>Insights Articles Business Specialists Services: Comprises Access to Receive Emailed Quarterly Insights Article(s) Business Specialists Services Related to Current Markets and Industry Trends. >Light Business Specialists Services: - Comprises Access to Receive Emailed Quarterly Insights Article(s) Business Specialists Services Related to Current Markets and Industry Trends. - 1 x Meeting with a Business Specialist Per Month to Provide Business Support. >Regular Business Specialists Services: - Comprises Access to Receive Emailed Quarterly Insights Article(s) Business Specialists Services Related to Current Markets and Industry Trends. - 2 x Meeting with a Business Specialist Per Month to Provide Business Support. - 5% Discount on Projects.>Premium Business Specialists Services: Comprises Access to Premium Business Specialists Services, Contact the Team at Jonovski Consulting to discuss PricingEach Product(s) is as advertised and described on Jonovski Consulting website. The Customer acknowledges and agrees to abide by Jonovski Consulting Terms and Conditions (Product Terms): >The Customer acknowledges and agrees that once the purchase is complete for a Jonovski Consulting Product(s), the Customer guarantees that it is the right Product(s). All Jonovski Consulting Product(s) are advertised on the website and cannot be modified for an alternation in price.>The Customer acknowledges and agrees that if an additional Jonovski Consulting Product(s) is required and is not available with the purchased Product(s), the Customer must purchase the additional Product(s) separately at the specified price advertised. Jonovski Consulting offers the Product(s) at a fair price. For Premium Business Specialists Services, a Premium Price would need to be paid. You must contact the Team at Jonovski Consulting to discuss Premium Business Specialists Services Pricing. Products Terms Refunds The Customer agrees that:>As a Jonovski Consulting Customer It is the Customers responsibility to ensure that all Jonovski Consulting Product(s) are used for its purpose.>As a Jonovski Consulting Customer you are responsible to ensure the appropriateness and compatibility of purchasing the correct Jonovski Consulting Product(s). >Jonovski Consulting are not obliged to provide refunds for any Jonovski Consulting Product(s), and reserve the right and discretion, subject to these Jonovski Consulting Terms and Conditions (Product Terms). Jonovski Consulting may offer a Refund to Jonovski Consulting Customer in the following circumstances:>A credit refund only in circumstances where a cancellation request has been submitted within 48-hours, Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT), being the reasonable 'Rejection Period' of the Purchase of Jonovski Consulting Product(s) being offered.>As a gesture of goodwill from Jonovski Consulting. Jonovski Consulting processing the required refund to Jonovski Consulting Customer will be at the price it was sold to Jonovski Consulting Customer. Jonovski Consulting may choose, on your request, to downgrade the Jonovski Consulting Product(s), however, no refund will be applied if outside the 48-hours, Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT), rejection period, where we have determined that the Jonovski Consulting Product(s) provided is acceptable quality for the purpose for which it is offered as Jonovski Consulting Product(s). Jonovski Consulting will not refund the Jonovski Consulting Customer for an offered Jonovski Consulting Product(s) regardless of whether it is inside the 48-hours, Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT), rejection period, if we determine that the offered Jonovski Consulting Product(s) is acceptable quality for the purpose for which it is offered. Jonovski Consulting Customers are liable to pay any administrative costs incurred by Jonovski Consulting as a result of refunding any Jonovski Consulting Product(s) within the 48-hour, Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT), refund rejection period. Jonovski Consulting Customers Product(s) overpayments will be refunded minus surcharge. Jonovski Consulting Customers request for a refund will be denied where:>Jonovski Consulting Product(s) offered has been used illegally or outside Jonovski Consulting Terms and Conditions (Product Terms).>Jonovski Consulting believes Jonovski Consulting Customer has breached Jonovski Consulting Terms and Conditions (Product Terms). >Jonovski Consulting have communicated to Jonovski Consulting Customer and Jonovski Consulting do not receive a response to the communication within 1 working week, Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT), of Jonovski Consulting sending communication for Jonovski Consulting Terms and Conditions (Product Terms).>Jonovski Consulting believe the Customer Refund request is fraudulent. Jonovski Consulting take no responsibility for any mistakes in Jonovski Consulting Customer(s) application. Jonovski Consulting Customer(s) will be liable for the costs Jonovski Consulting incurs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) if:>Jonovski Consulting Customer(s) make any claim in connection with or arising from Jonovski Consulting Product(s), and>Jonovski Consulting Customer(s) has breached Jonovski Consulting Terms and Conditions (Product Terms) in any way whatsoever at any time after Jonovski Consulting Customer indicates agreement to Jonovski Consulting Terms and Conditions (Products Terms). Products Terms Requesting a Refund To request a refund, Jonovski Consulting Customer is to request: >A refund with a reason via email to Jonovski Consulting within 48 hours Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) and including the date that the Jonovski Consulting Product(s) was purchased, as dated by Jonovski Consulting Invoice (Purchase Date). Jonovski Consulting Customer understands that it is Jonovski Consulting Customers responsibility to ensure that Jonovski Consulting have received the email, Requesting a Refund, within this specified timeframe, 48 hours Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT). Jonovski Consulting will respond within Ten Working Days, Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) of receiving your Request for a Refund, but Jonovski Consulting may respond earlier. Refunds will be credit transactions. Products Terms Cancellation To request a Jonovski Consulting Product(s) subscription renewal cancellation, Jonovski Consulting Customer is to request:>A cancellation for the Jonovski Consulting Product(s) subscription renewal via email to Jonovski Consulting, 30 working days, Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT), prior to the Jonovski Consulting Product(s) subscription renewal start date, and including the date that Jonovski Consulting Product(s) was purchased, as dated by the Jonovski Consulting Invoice (Purchase Date). Jonovski Consulting Customer agrees that Jonovski Consulting has the right to cancel any Jonovski Consulting Product(s) if:>Jonovski Consulting Customer has any outstanding invoice. >Jonovski Consulting Customer Product(s) registration is in dispute. >Jonovski Consulting Customer does not comply with Jonovski Consulting Terms and Conditions (Products Terms). >An Australian competent regulatory authority / body requires Jonovski Consulting to do so.>A 3rd Party Provider (Business Partner), requires Jonovski Consulting to do so.>Jonovski Consulting considers their Customer(s) use of Jonovski Consulting Product(s), may jeopardise Jonovski Consulting operations. >Jonovski Consulting considers any other reason to protect Jonovski Consulting operations and reputation. If Jonovski Consulting Customer Product(s) is cancelled under Jonovski Consulting Terms and Conditions (Products Terms): >Jonovski Consulting Customer is required to pay all outstanding charges (fees) to Jonovski Consulting immediately.>Jonovski Consulting may cancel any Jonovski Consulting Product(s) issued to the Customer in relation to the invoice (Purchase date).>Jonovski Consulting may immediately delete all Jonovski Consulting Customer data held prior to cancellation.>Jonovski Consulting may perform any action without notice to Jonovski Consulting Customer.
